Entries are open for South West Chef of the Year 2023 and Nathan Johnson, South West Chef of the Year 2022, definitely recommends that you enter South West Chef of the Year. Nathan is the junior sous chef at The Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath and won both the Young Professional Chef award and the overall South West Chef of the Year award in 2022.
Since winning in October, Nathan went on to reach the final of the British Culinary Federation Young Chef of the Year award and in June this year, was awarded the Craft Guild of Chefs Young Chef of the Year Award.
Nathan is also competing in the semi-final of the Craft Guild’s Young National Chef of the Year competition this year.
