Monday 6th May 12.15pm
Mae, Sophie, Oonagh and Conor will be on stage together on Monday 6th May at 12.15pm.
- Mae will be cooking rack of lamb, parmesan gnocchi, Bromham asparagus, spinach, morels, fricassee of peas and mint salsa Verde
- Sophie will be preparing a chocolate blood orange Bavarois
- Conor will be preparing his winning dish of roast venison loin with a faggot, pommes anna and celeriac purée and a blackberry sauce
