Lexie wins double junior chef titles!
South West Junior Chef of the Year 2024, Lexie Colley, has demonstrated her award-winning skills again, winning the FutureChef South West Regional final 2025.
Thanks to our partnership with Springboard, the organisers of the FutureChef competition, all of our junior chef finalists are invited to take part in the South West regional FutureChef final (for young cooks in school years 9-11), bypassing the school and local heats.
The regional final took place at City of Bristol College on 23rd January and four South West Junior Chef of the Year finalists chose to compete – Lexie, Freya, Harry and James. Very well done to all the young competitors on the day, who all presented some fantastic menus – you will find more details of those prepared by our four finalists below.
Many congratulations to Lexie on her second success! She will now go on to represent the South West in the FutureChef national final on 24th March at the Capital City College Westminster Centre and we wish her the very best of luck!
